Adding an existing service to a vehicle

• Log into the Smartrak Map (NZ or AU)

• Navigate to the Fleet Servicing module

• Locate the service you need to add to the vehicle under Services.

  • Additional services can be configured based on customer requirements, see How do I create a new service?

• Once in the selected service, click on Assign to a single resource

• Select the resource from the drop down list

• Add in Frequency

• Confirm next service due date

• Set Alert period

• Click on Assign to service
