How to run the Status Inconsistency Report

  • Go to your Keymaster Cabinet, or log in remotely if you are on the same internal network as the cabinet (Accessing the KeyMaster from your Computer.)

  • Click/touch the setup icon on the main screen under 'Departing' and 'Returning'

  • Enter the Admin PIN

  • Then go 'Reports->'Status Inconsistency'

  • Click the wrench to fix the key status

  • It should now look like this. The key status on the cabinet and on Poolcar admin should now match.
