How do I update the Notes section for my vehicles?

You can have notes, as well as driver name and phone number, loaded against your vehicles to show in the Smartrak Map Site.

Edit the Notes section

  1. You will need to be a Client Admin to make this change
  2. Open your internet web browser or a new tab, go to our Admin site (NZ) or (AU)
  3. Navigate to Resource Info
  4. Click on the Resource Info tab
  5. Select the vehicle by name or rego
  6. Enter the notes as requested and click Save

This information will now appear in the Smartrak Map Site, if you select the vehicle and click on the details tab on the Info box
