Automatic Vehicle Allocation
Automatic Vehicle Allocation is where vehicles will be automatically allocated to drivers via the +New Booking window or via +Trip Planning if Trip Planning is enabled.
Fun Fact: There are approximately 10% of our customers with this setting enabled.
System Administrators can still book from the calendar with this enabled.
The booking process is described in the create a booking process - How to create a booking in PoolCar | New Booking 1.1

The New Booking (1.1) page is where you enter in booking details and are allocated an appropriate vehicle based on your selections.
With this setting, you are not able to select a particular vehicle to book.
Once you have been allocated a vehicle Click to proceed with Booking and skip the next step - Booking Calendar step 1.2)
