Smartrak Reporting

Smartrak offers more than 30 standard reports providing data & business intelligence to meet an organisation’s monitoring & reporting needs.  

The reports are easy to generate and provide meaningful information to manage resources including drivers. 

All reports have drop-down options to customise reports to meet business needs and provide actual resource data to aid fleet management decision-making.  

Reports can be saved for quick reference, run as one-offs or scheduled to be run & emailed on a set date.

Standard Reports

 

Activity Report

This report shows the selected events for each selected resource over the given period. * Max 7-day reporting period.

Auxiliary Motor Report *

This report calculates the total auxiliary motor running time for each day in the selected period. It also calculates the total for each vehicle for the period. * This report will only be displayed if resources with auxillary motor are assigned to the user.

Battery Status Report *

This report shows the current charge of the battery in battery powered devices. * This report will only be displayed if resources with battery powered devices installed are assigned to the user.

Booked Fleet Services Report

This report shows the details of all upcoming service bookings for the selected fleet services. * Only for organisations with Fleet Servicing.

Booking Report

This report details all the bookings within the supplied date range. * Only for organisations with Smartrak Pool Booking.

Booking Utilisation Report

This report shows the pure, geofence and booking utilisations by date and group. It's designed to reveal opportunities to optimise fleet usage and size. * Only for organisations with Smartrak Pool Booking.

Daily Usage Report

This report calculates the daily distance travelled, idle time and first/last key events for each selected vehicle. Key on Period: Difference between the first and last key time. Key on Duration: Total time the key was turned on for the period.

Device Health Report

This report shows the health status of the hardware device within each selected resource. Devices with the status of 'Investigate Immediately' should be reviewed as soon as possible to ensure continued reporting accuracy. Virtual resources are not shown. Resources flagged as inactive or using a master switch are ignored.

Dispatch Location Report

This report shows all locations that have been dispatched to the selected resources during the specified time period. * Only for organisations with Garmin devices linked to their AVLs

Driver Behaviour Report *

This report details the daily number of excessive speed or GForce events for each driver of the selected vehicles. * Please note, that this report is a legacy report and will only show drivers that are listed in the Resource Info tab in Smartrak Admin. This report is not based on the new driver-based reporting.

Driver Logon Period Report

This report shows the total length of time each driver is logged on to each vehicle during the specified time period. Logon periods which overlap the date range of the report are truncated and marked with an Asterisk.

Driver Logon Report

This report show all driver log-on and log-off events in the specified time period.

Driver Overspeed Period Report

This report shows the individual periods where drivers were over-speeding.

Driver Overspeed Severity Report

This report shows the severity by which each driver was speeding during the selected period.  Drivers can optionally be grouped into 3 categories based on their degree of speeding, when compared among the other selected drivers.

Driver Trip Report

This report lists each Key on period in a given day for assigned driver. For each period the key on/off event times, daily distance travelled and the idle time are shown.

Emergency Log Report

This report returns a list of all emergency alerts for the specified period. * Only for organisations with emergency alerting enabled.

Fleet Services History Report

This report shows the service history for the specified resources, during the given time period. * Only for organisations with Fleet Servicing.

Fleet Services Status Report

This report shows the current due dates of the selected fleet services for the specified resources. * Only for organisations with Fleet Servicing.

Fleet Utilisation Report

This report shows a range-bar graph where each bar represents a trip and each column is a day. It's designed to reveal opportunities to optimise fleet usage and size.

Fleet Utilisation Summary Report

This report shows a summary of the utilisation of the selected remotes for the selected period. It is a percentage summary of the data in the Fleet Utilisation Report.

Fuel Usage Exception Report

Creates a report that shows abnormal fuel usage periods for the selected resources. For best results, select only resources that drive or fuel up in a similar manner (ie: do not select both high and low fuel usage vehicles). * Only for organisations that have their fuel cards linked with Smartrak.

Fuel Usage Report

This report produces a summary of the selected vehicles fuel usage, and their fuel cost over the selected date range. Note: An Astrid indicates that the fuel period overlaps the start or end date of the report. * Only for organisations that have their fuel cards linked with Smartrak.

Geofence Report

This summary report calculates distance travelled within geofences.

Graphical Report

This report allows you to produce graphs of the following metrics: Distance Travelled, Engine Idle Time, Auxiliary Motor Uptime, Speed, G-Force. This report cannot be saved.

Idle Breakdown Report

This report shows periods where Vehicles were idle for at least 1 minute.

Location Report

This report shows the current location and geofence (if applicable) of all selected resources.

Maintenance Log Report

This report shows the maintenance logs that have been made against the specified resources, during the given time period. * Only for organisations with Fleet Servicing.

Map Tag Zone Report

This report shows in which zones the given vehicles have stopped and for how long. Stops less than a minute long are not shown.

Messaging Export

This report exports all messages sent and received by a resource over the given period. * Only for organisations that have devices that message between the devices and Smartak App.

Offroad Report

Summary report shows periods of off road travel with totals.

Overspeed Period Report

This report shows the individual periods where resources were over-speeding.

Overspeed Severity Report

This report shows the severity by which each resource was speeding during the selected period.  Resources can optionally be grouped into 3 categories based on their degree of speeding, when compared among the other selected resources, the results are groups by severity and in alphabetical order within each group.

Trip Report

This report lists each Key on period in a given day. For each period the key on/off event times, daily distance travelled and the idle time are shown.

Trips Out of Geofence Report

This report lists each Key on period in a given day that is at least partially outside the specified geofence. For each period the key on/off event times, daily distance travelled and the idle time are shown.

Vehicle Behaviour Report

This report details the daily number of excessive speed or GForce events for each selected vehicle

Vehicle Stops Report

This report shows where the given vehicles have stopped and for how long. Overnight stops and stops less than a minute long are not shown.

Vehicle Use Outside Booking Report

This report shows if a pool vehicle has been used without an approved pool booking. * Only for organisations with Smartrak Pool Booking.

Custom Reports

*Custom reports must be enabled for organisations by Smartrak. Some are an additional paid service.

Vehicle Score Report

This report gives vehicles a score based on excessive speed, GForce, or long trip events

Logbook Driver Summary Report

Shows totals of private and business usage by driver for the selected vehicles and date range

Logbook Trip Report

Shows trips including the driver at the time as derived from ibutton, Pool Booking data and the vehicles default driver

Logbook Vehicle Summary Report

Shows totals of private and business usage by vehicle for the selected vehicles and date range

Overnight Location FBT Report

This report shows which vehicles were outside of the company's geofences overnight for the previous day or were used on the weekend

Proof of Activity Report

This report presents an interactive map and table showing the periods of activity that occurred within the selected geofences. Each activity period is broken down according to which geofences it occurred within. Activity that occurs outside of a geofence is shown in red as an exclusion. * Only for organisations with Proof of Activity.

Pool Booking Reports

*Only for organisations with Smartrak Pool Booking.

Usage and Cost Reports

This report allows you to report on different statuses of bookings summaried by either cost centre, driver, plant, job number. 

Booking Exceptions Report

This report lists booking exceptions. Driver, booking number, date/time of booking and exception details are listed.

Overnight Usage Report

This report lists times a vehicle is taken outside its base geofence overnight. Vehicle, geofence exit and enter times, Driver, booking number, date/time of booking are listed.

Booking (List) Report

Lists each booking in the specified period showing Cost Centre, Vehicle, Driver, Date/Time and Reason for Travel.

Booking Times Report

Lists the number of booking for each lengths in breaks of half an hour.

Booking Usage Report

Total usage times, distance travelled and cost is calculated for each item.

User Audit Report

This report shows how well users are using Pool Booking. Users which are identified as having undesirable booking behaviours can then be better educated to improve Pool Booking vehicle utilisation.
