Future Booking Report

To find a booking in the future for multiple or a specific vehicle

• Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU) using a booking admin account and navigate to the booking ico

• Select Reports > Bookings report

• Fill in the next page to report on bookings in the future as a one-off report

• Select the appropriate start date and end date for the period of time you wish to check

• Tick the 'Approved' box, and un-tick the other four boxes (Checked out, Checked in, Unapproved & Cancelled)

  • You can select all resources, or just a select few based off groups or individual resources

Open

• Then click 'Run Report' and it will give you a list of the bookings for the vehicles selected within the time frame. It will also include the driver name, the vehicle, dates, destinations and cost centre
