You can use Smartrak's Service Desk to raise requests which are directly logged to and managed by Smartrak’s Customer Support Team.

Enter your email address in the box highlighted below and click on Send Link The confirmation box will appear Check your email (including junk mail) and click on the Sign up link highlighted below Enter your full name and chose a strong password and click on Sign up You will be taken directly to the Smartrak Support Centre where you can browse our Customer Self-Help guides, raise new support requests How do I create a request? and update existing requests. |
