With KeyMaster drivers are able to make a booking through the system and then use their unique PIN to access the key to the vehicle they have booked. Access is granted based on booking information and driver authorisation.
| How to find an Employee ID code |

- For KeyMaster to work all Drivers must have a unique ID code against their profile in Pool Booking. As part of the initial setup of KeyMaster Smartrak can provide a bulk upload of this information into the system. The Employee ID code is used every time you make a car pooling and require access to a plants key from the KeyMaster.
- From the Map screen click the calendar icon to access Pool Booking or if you are a Booking Only User you will be taken directly to the booking module
- Click My Details

- Your Employee ID will be listed on this screen

| How do I pick up the keys? |

- Once you Pool Booking is confirmed and 15 minutes prior to departure the keys will be available to you.
- Go to the KeyMaster cabinet and click Departing on the touchscreen

- Enter you Employee ID and press OK

If applicable, answer the Check In questions set by your organisation

- Take the key indicated by the green light

Please note: - If you have made multiple bookings for the same start time you will need to repeat the process above for each booking

| How do I return the keys? |

- Once you have finished with the vehicle you will need to return the keys to the KeyMaster.
- Go to the KeyMaster cabinet and click Returning on the touchscreen

- Touch the fob on the key ring against the scanner

If applicable, answer the Check In questions set by your organisation
- Insert the key fob into the slot indicated by the green light until you hear a beep

Please note: Once you have returned a key you can’t get it back out regardless if your booking it finished or not so Don’t put the key back until you are done |
