Can I use KeyMaster in one part my organisation without affecting other offices?

Question

Let's say we have vehicles spread out across multiple offices. If we purchase a KeyMaster for one office, does that mean all offices need to be using KeyMasters?

 Answer

PoolCar will happily work with a mixture of Check In/Out processes. You can operate a KeyMaster in one office, and have receptionists or touch screen kiosks using the Check In/Out page at other offices, and drivers manually checking out and in via the PoolCar App or Mobile Enabled Site.

Important to note:

For a particular vehicle, however, it is either one approach or the other. i.e. you cannot use a KeyMaster part of the time for one car then manual check in/out at other times. If a car's keys are inside a KeyMaster then only the KeyMaster should be used for checking out and checking in on that car.
