In order to successfully use the Smartrak Insights modules, you need to update the geofences you wish to use for insights to enable the ‘Availability’ feature.

Please note that so long as you do not change the geofence name, history will remain with the geofence.

Add ‘Availability’ feature to geofence

Login to Smartrak App

Locate Geofence (Menu > Geofences)

Click View

Click Edit Classes

Select Availbility feature

Click Edit Class to save
