If your Smartrak system is displaying any of the symptoms below:
- Smartrak Map Site is running slow
...
- Changes have been made to the system but are not represented
- You cannot access the map site (continuous page loading)
Then you may need to clear your cache/history/cookies.
How to do this… (refer to Delete Browsing History screen shot below)
- Go to Control Panel
- Click on Internet Options
- Choose Delete
- Select all but Passwords
- Click Delete
