Creating a New Group

  • Create a new group in Admin by going to Manage > Groups > Create > Name your new group > Create:

Assigning Resources and Users to Groups

  • Resources to Group - Manage the resources that are assigned to a selected group.

  • Groups to Resource - Manage the groups that a selected resource is assigned to.

  • Users to Group - Manage the users that are assigned to a selected group.

  • Groups to User - Manage the groups that are assigned to a selected user.

  • Navigate to Manage > Groups > Assign > Select the option that best suits what you are trying to do

  • Once you have selected your assignment preference, find the Group, Resource or User to assign and use the arrows to move them from ‘Resources not assigned to Group’ to ‘Resources assigned to Group’. You can use the ‘Filter unassigned resources’ to find

Managing Groups

  • Rename a group

  • Delete a group

  • Opt for all new users created under the company to be automatically entered into a group.

  • Navigate to Manage > Groups > Manage tab > Select the Group > Make
