Bookings can only be cancelled by the following users (please note that this is also dependent on the system setting in image below):
System Admins / Site Administrators (Campus Admin)
Pool Managers
Pool Officers
Booking Holder
If a user created a booking on behalf of someone else, that user will also be able to cancel the booking
Bookings can also automatically cancel due to various Application Settings:
Auto reallocate bookings if previous booking is running late and there is no other vehicle available
No show robot
If the vehicle is reported with a damage
