Creating Virtual Units in Pool Booking (Booking Admin only)

1. Log into Map site
2. Select Pool Booking Module
3. Admin – System Settings
4. Select ‘Allow user to create virtual units’ and click Save at the bottom

5. Admin – Add Plant

• Tracked Vehicle – select new untracked vehicle
• Add Asset/Plant Name
• Select Plant Type
• Select Base Location
• Registration Number
• Make, Model, Year
• Start Odometer (not required)
• Number of seats
• Vehicle custodian if necessary
• Is Shuttle – tick for Yes
• Has Towbar – tick for Yes
• Add in charge rates (not required)
• Is vehicle FBT Compliant
• Select Licence Class required to drive vehicle
• Select Transmission – Auto or Manual
• Choose Availability
• Click Save
