Reallocation and Damage/Incident Settings & Alerts

Automatic Reallocation of damaged vehicles

Based on an organisation's system settings, a vehicle that has been flagged as damaged on check-in can automatically be made unavailable via Maintenance booking for 3 days. This is the default setting, which can be customised as required.

Reallocation and damage/incident alert recipients

You can specify who receives the notification, either vehicle contacts, sysadmins or Pool Managers for that vehicle's Pool.

Damage/Incident notifications can be configured by

  • Go to Sys Admin Main Menu > Applications Settings > Robots  > Reallocation and damage/incident alert recipients

  • Choose which option is suitable from the dropdown menu

The notification email will look similar to this screen shot below and will explain what has happened and confirm the Maintenance Booking has been created against the vehicle.
