Driver Register - PoolCar

The Driver Register is a register of all drivers in the PoolCar system.

A driver record is created through one of the following two ways:

1. By a user who logs into PoolCar for the first time and completes the Welcome Page and all required fields (including drivers licence or alternative NO LICENCE process)

2. By a Sysadmin creating a new driver record in the driver register (this is generally done for contractors and volunteer staff who will have vehicles booked on their behalf by a PoolCar user once created).

The required fields in the Driver Register depend on the Application Settings but may include some of the fields in the picture below.
