Troubleshooting

What if some technical issues occur in the EV data in PoolCar?

  • PoolCar pulls the data directly from either the Nextrak device or the 4G Keyless device.

  • For the Nextrak users, the support team will check the Smartrak settings to see if there are any inconsistencies.

  • For Keyless 4G users, if there are issues where the percentages miss-match, the max range is slightly off, or the API fails, then it would be a PoolCar issue and the support team will act accordingly.

Please raise a ticket in the https://smartrak.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3 if you encounter any issues.
