Oops, something broke! error message - cause and fix

The Oops, something broke! error is an error message in Smartrak app, that is caused by the following reasons

When running a report in Smartrak - if you try to run a report with too many resources selected (either individually or in groups), or for a long date range, the browser may time out and you will see this message

 

The options here are Back or Home

  • Back will close the browser tab

  • Home will take you back to the map screen

 

We have sophisticated monitoring systems in place so if there is a significant issue then rest assured we are aware of it and working towards a resolution. For issues like a browser time out the best idea is to reduce the number of selected resources, or reduce the date range, and the report should run successfully.
