Can I use cabinets in one part my organisation without affecting other offices?

Let's say we have vehicles spread out across multiple offices. If we purchase a key cabinet for one office, does that mean all offices need to be using key cabinets?

PoolCar will happily work with a mixture of Check In/Out processes. You can operate a key cabinet in one office, and have receptionists or touch screen kiosks using the Check In/Out page at other offices.

For a particular vehicle, however, it is either one approach or the other. i.e. you cannot use a key cabinet part of the time for one car then manual check in/out at other times. If a car's keys are inside a cabinet then only the cabinet should be used for that car.
