Message says that it is too early to collect keys
Problem
When a driver taps the Departing button and enters their booking number, a message is displayed on the screen saying that it is too early to collect the keys.
Solution
Keys may be collected before a booking is due to start, as long as it is within a pre-determined number of minutes.
Each cabinet ships with a default setting of 15 minutes early collection.
For example, if the booking reservation time was 9am, a driver may take the keys from 8:45am onwards (9am minus 15 minutes).
If this setting is not suitable, please contact your system administrator to request a technician to change this setting.
