Booking Admin only can do this.

| How | - Log into Map site
- Select Pool Booking Module
- Admin, then System Settings
- Select ‘Allow user to create virtual units’ and click Save at the bottom
5. Admin, then Add Plant - Asset/Plant Name - can be different from the Tracked Vehicle Name
- Plant Type (required)
- Base Location (required)
- Registration - auto fills from tracked vehicle information (required)
- Make - auto fills from tracked vehicle information (required)
- Model - auto fills from tracked vehicle information (required)
- Year - auto fills from tracked vehicle information (required)
- Start Odometer - auto fills from tracked vehicle information (required)
- Number of Seats (optional)
- Car park number (optional)
- Use for trips between (optional)
- Vehicle Custodian (optional)
- Is Shuttle (optional)
- Has Towbar (optional)
- Charge rates & prices - if applicable (optional)
- FBT Compliant (optional)
- Licence Classes (required)
- Transmission (required)
- Availability - defaults to Always
- Click Save
