In order to successfully use the Smartrak Insights “Out of Geofence” module, you need to update the geofences you wish to use for insights to enable the ‘Availability’ feature.
Please note that so long as you do not change the geofence name, history will remain with the geofence.

Locate Geofence (Menu > Geofences) | |
Click View | |
Click Edit | |
Click Edit Classes | |
Under Actions > Click Edit | |
Select Availbility feature | |
Click Edit Class to save | |
