Booking Admin only can do this.
| Why | Have all your pool cars available to be booked through Smartrak booking. |

| What | To create virtual vehicles (i.e. untracked ) into pool booking system, so they can be manually checked-in and out. |
| How | - Log into Map site
- Select Pool Booking Module
- Admin, then System Settings
- Select ‘Allow user to create virtual units’ and click Save at the bottom
5. Admin, then Add Plant - Tracked Vehicle – select new untracked vehicle
- Add Asset/Plant Name
- Select Plant Type
- Select Category
- Select Timezone
- Select Base Location
- Registration Number
- Make, Model, Year
- Start Odometer (not required)
- Number of seats
- Vehicle custodian if necessary
- Is Shuttle – tick for Yes
- Has Towbar – tick for Yes
- Add in charge rates (not required)
- Is vehicle FBT Compliant
- Select Licence Class required to drive vehicle
- Select Transmission – Auto or Manual
- Choose Availability
- Click Save
