Log into the Smartrak map site (https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or  https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus))

  1. Navigate to Fleet Servicing
  2. Select Resource Overview
  3. Select Resource from the List
  4. Select Update resource meters
  5. Enter Odometer reading
  6. Enter time reading taken (it is preferable the reading is updated in Smartrak as close to when it is taken as possible)
  7. Select Update resource

**Note – please let us know when/if you have a new hubodometer installed.

 

 **** PLEASE NOTE - there is a bug currently in the Update resource meters page where if you need to update the odometer, you also need to put a number into the Hour clock field before you can successfully click on Update resource. You can insert any number, even 1 minute.  And you need to add a number in even if the vehicle doesn't have an hour clock.
