Smartrak Fleet Servicing
Smartrak’s Fleet Servicing module allows customers to easily monitor, manage & report on fleet servicing requirements and proactively manage their maintenance needs.
A range of services that require regular scheduling, such as oil replacement, registration, or auxiliary motor tuning can be configured within the module and allocated against different vehicles.
Automated reminders help to proactively manage the maintenance, and ensure registrations, and WOF are kept up-to-date.
In addition, when a new RUC licence is purchased, the old licence becomes eligible for off-road usage claim. In the Fleet Servicing Module, the user navigates to the RUC Claims section and selects the vehicle to determine if it has any off-road usage associated to the most recent licence and can manage the new and old RUC claims.
