Changing how the email appears in the recipients inbox

When sending from the default system email address, it is quite common to just enter an email address, such as John.Smith@domain.com

This is perfectly acceptable, however, when the email arrives at the user's inbox it will display this email address, not a nicely formatted name like sender - "John Smith"

If you wish to make the booking confirmation emails have a nicely formatted name in the user's inbox, type the system email address is this manner:

firstname lastname <email@address.com>

To use John as an example, you would enter:

John Smith <john.smith@domain.com>

So, that format is:

firstname [spacelastname [space] [less-than-symbolemail address [greater-than-symbol]
