- Open your word processing program (Microsoft Word)
- Paste the contents of your clipboard into your word file:
- right click on mouse - select past paste or
- press Past Paste at the top left of the screen
- Save your newly created file
- take note of the file name and location
- saving to your desktop is often the easiest
- take note of the file name and location
Add the file to your support portal request:
- Click on add attachment - a window will appear with your folders and files
- Browse your folders and select the file you just saved
Done!
