  1. Go to the page that displays the problem at hand
  2. Press 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard
    1. generally displayed as PrtScn (or similar)
      1. normally on the top row towards the right
      2. sometimes at the bottom to the right of the
      spacebar
      1. space bar

NOTE: It the key is dual function you may have to press Alt to complete the task

You have now saved an image of your screen to the clipboard.

Next:

  1. Open your word processing program (Microsoft Word)
  2. Paste the contents of your clipboard into your a word file:
    1. right click on mouse - select paste or
    2. press Paste at the top left of the screen
  3. Save your newly created file
    1. take note of the file name and location
      1. saving to your desktop is often the easiest

  1. Click on add attachment - a window will appear with your folders and files
  2. Browse your folders and select the file you just saved

Done!

NOTE: Once this process is complete you can delete the file you saved if you don't require it for other tasks.
