- Go to the page that displays the problem at hand
- Press 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard
- generally displayed as PrtScn (or similar)
- normally on the top row towards the right
- sometimes at the bottom to the right of the
- space bar
- generally displayed as PrtScn (or similar)
NOTE: It the key is dual function you may have to press Alt to complete the task
You have now saved an image of your screen to the clipboard.
Next:
- Open your word processing program (Microsoft Word)
- Paste the contents of your clipboard into your a word file:
- right click on mouse - select paste or
- press Paste at the top left of the screen
- Save your newly created file
- take note of the file name and location
- saving to your desktop is often the easiest
- take note of the file name and location
...
- Click on add attachment - a window will appear with your folders and files
- Browse your folders and select the file you just saved
Done!
NOTE: Once this process is complete you can delete the file you saved if you don't require it for other tasks.
