How to search for previous / closed Service Desk tickets


  • Click on Requests and select Created by me or All depending on whether you are part of an organisation in Jira that links all of your users together under one organisation.


  • Under Requests you can select Closed Requests to show your closed tickets. This will list all of your closed tickets. 


  • If you want to see more detail, just select the CSD ticket number and the details, comments on the ticket will show.
