Page Comparison

This page lets you view cancelled bookings between a date range for all vehicles. The dates default to -30/+30 days from today's date.

Reported fields

The report will return the following fields:

• Booking Number

• Pick up date and time

• Return date and time

• Licence Plate

• Vehicle Name

• Contact Name

• Contact Number

• Pool Name

• Cancelled By

• Cancelled When

• Cancellation Reason

*Reinstate - you can reinstate a cancelled booking from here. Please note that if you have the 5-minute cancellation robot enabled, the robot might run and cancel the booking if you do not check it out quickly enough.
