Regular maintenance will ensure your Keymaster remains in tip-top shape.

Please see the list below for actions:

  • General cleaning of the cabinet and body (avoiding cleaning agents/alcohol on or around the display)

  • Check/lubricate the door hinges if required

  • Check/lubricate the door latch surfaces if required (both the door side and cabinet side)

  • Check/adjust outer door closing stops/tabs are not bent (should be right angle to the body)

  • Check/adjust outer door alignment (door not twisted and hinges not miss-aligned)

  • Check/adjust free play for door latches, including door sensor operation

  • Test server connection and update firmware
