| How | Log into the Smartrak map site (https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus)) - Navigate to Fleet Servicing
- Select Resource Overview
- Select Resource from the List
- Select Update resource meters
- Enter Odometer reading
- Enter time reading taken (it is preferable the reading is updated in Smartrak as close to when it is taken as possible)
- Select Update resource
