Add the file to your support portal request:
- Click on add attachment the paperclip at the side of the comment bar - a window will appear with your folders and files
- Browse your folders and select the file you just saved
Done!
NOTE: Once this process is complete you can delete the file you saved if you don't require it for other tasks.
