Sometimes you may want to have a certain name for a service which is not standard. You can use this feature to change the name the frequency and the default alert period of the service. NOTE: this does not apply to default services such as WOF/COF, Registration and RUCOdometer service and other customer-configured services.

To customise a service

  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to Fleet Servicing

    The Service name under Fleet Servicing is now an editable option

    • Select the service you wish to edit. NOTE: this does not apply to default services such as WOF/COF, Registration and RUC.

    • The Frequency and Default alert period are editable when clicking “Edit this service”

  • If you are editing a customer-configured service, you can also update the name in this page

  • Click “Update Service” to save changes
