You will need to log into the service desk to check the notification settings for this.
Navigate to Service Desk and log in
Locate the ticket that you are not getting notifications about - top right of the screen, select Created by me
Enabling notifications via the Service Desk will ensure you do not miss an update or comment from Smartrak.
You can disable and enable notifications easily, by selecting either Don’t Notify Me or Get Notifications when in a ticket.
Follow the below instructions to check if you are not receiving notifications.
