• Log into the Smartrak Admin site (NZ or AU)

• Navigate to Import Export > Stops

• This page supplies the blank spreadsheet that is required for uploading stops to a Garmin unit attached to a Smartrak GPS unit, and takes the filled in spreadsheet and does the processing to get those stops to the Garmin

• If you need to make a spreadsheet yourself, please download the spreadsheet and modify it to your needs before uploading below

Step 3: Validate all the Data and Go!

• On the Garmin itself, you can then scroll through and select

• the stops and route to them

• , the text information appears on the Garmin.

• The locations are removed automatically from the list once the vehicle arrives at the destination, therefore the routes need to be uploaded as required.

• You can delete them all or one by one on the Garmin

• They also appear on the Smartrak map site as events:

• You can send through multiple locations this way too and they will appear on the Garmin in the order that they are sent
