Step-by-step guide

  2. Make sure that the computer isn't automatically filling in the username or password box with an incorrectly saved username or password.

  3. If the above have not worked - instead of pressing enter on the keyboard after entering username and password, select and click on the "login" button with mouse. 
    (Certain browsers can have difficulty with the 'enter button' with this and try to enter things twice).
