Saving a Screen Print to My Request

From time to time you may be requested to provide a 'screen dump' of the problem you are experiencing.

To complete this request, please follow the directions below:

1. Go to the page that displays the problem at hand
2. Press 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard
   1. normally on the top row towards the right
   2. sometimes at the bottom to the right of the spacebar

NOTE: It the key is dual function you may have to press Alt to complete the task

You have now saved an image of your screen to the clipboard. Next:

1. Open your word processing program (Microsoft Word)
2. Paste the contents of your clipboard into your word file
   1. right click on mouse - select past or
   2. press Past at the top left of the screen
