Description:
If you experience an issue regarding any changes or the deletion of your geofences, you are able to run a Map Asset Export from your Client Admin account. This report can determine if a geofence has been deleted, by who and when.
Pre-requisites:
This can only be done by a Client Admin user.
How To:
- Go to the Admin site > Import Export > Map Asset Export > Select your company:
2. Select ‘Export Geofences’ to download this data into an Excel spreadsheet. Within the spreadsheet you will find the geofence name, creation date, deleted date and user details.
