How to set up a scheduled report to be emailed to the map user email on a regular basis.

Step-by-step guide

Log into the Smartrak map site (www.smartrak.co.nz / www.smartrak.com.au

Navigate to Reports

 

  1. Select required report from the drop down list & change Type to Saved Report
  2. Report name - amend if required
  3. Select the Date Range
  4. Select On for Email Report - change frequency if required
  5. Select Resources individually or Select All
  6. Select Save Report to set this up as a scheduled report
