Note - If you are not unsure if your device is monitored by Watchdog Security Group, please check your original agreement with Smartrak, or raise a ticket in the Service Desk 

  • We recommend devices which are monitored by Watchdog Security Group have the emergency alerts and recipients tested at least once a month

  • To do this, call Watchdog Security Group on +647 349 2111 and let them know you are about to test the device

  • Stay on the phone, and press the emergency button on the device you have

  • Once the emergency comes through to Watchdog, they will confirm the test has been successful

  • In the event there is an issue with the test, or you are unable to find an answer to your question here, please raise a ticket in the Service Desk
