How do I delegate my PoolCar emails to my 2IC?

If you regularly receive approval request emails and you're taking a well earned vacation or heading off on a business trip, you should redirect your PoolCar emails to a delegate so they can approve or reject any provisional reservations.

How to

There are just two simple steps to do this:

  1. Click on My Settings - (Located at the bottom of every page of PoolCar)

 

  1. Enter the email address of your delegate (they don't have to be a PoolCar user), set up the dates you will be away and click Save Settings.
