My email is listed as a vehicle contact but I don't see the vehicle under Campus Admin

Do you have multiple user accounts with the same email address?

Answer

PoolCar maintains an internal mapping table to map email addresses to usernames. If you have multiple user accounts with the same email address, it could be that the username has been mapped to your alternate user account
