Driver’s booking was cancelled but they already have the car out

  • If a Driver swipes their RFID card and checks out their booking 30 minutes after their reservation start time (based on current application settings) it’s possible for their booking to be cancelled on PoolCar before the car has locked out their access. This can cause an inconsistency between PoolCar and the vehicle where the vehicle is been used, but the driver no longer has a booking.

  • The driver will still be able to check in their booking, but you may need to re-create their booking on PoolCar to stop users from trying to book the vehicle out.

  • You can confirm this has occurred via the Cancelled Booking Search
