How to set up a scheduled report to be emailed to the map user email on a regular basis.
Step-by-step guide
Log into the Smartrak map site (www.smartrak.co.nz / www.smartrak.com.au)
Navigate to Reports
- Select required report from the drop down list & change Type to Saved Report
- Report name - amend if required
- Select the Date Range
- Select On for Email Report - change frequency if required
- Select Resources individually or Select All
- Select Save Report to set this up as a scheduled report
