A Sysadmin or Campus Admin should make a booking for the period of time the vehicle is not available
Navigate to the ‘New Booking' tab on the top of the main page
Select the vehicle you wish to make a booking for
Select the Start date/time and End date/time and set the Booking Type to ‘Unavailable
If the booking type of 'Unavailable' is not present in the list of booking types, go to SysAdmin > Booking Types (found on the right-hand side) and add a new booking type here
Select ‘Save Booking’ to save
