What

Why

To customize a service

Sometimes you may want to have a certain name for a service which is not standard. You can use this feature to change the name of the service.

How

  • Log into the Smartrak

map

  • Map site (

https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or  https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus))

  • NZ or AU)

    • The Service name under Fleet Servicing is now an editable option when clicking “Edit this service”

  •  Go to Fleet Servicing

  • Click on the Service name field and use the editable text field edit the Service name

  • Click “Update Service” to save changes

    NOTE: this does not apply to default services . such as WOF/COF, Registration
