The page is for showing the current state of a unit's Accident Detection featureHigh Impact and Rollover function, and for disabling that feature that function if it begins to act in an incorrect fashion or you have booked the vehicle in with a Smartrak installer for maintenance

To use this feature, type in the registration of the vehicle you wish to disable Accident Detection High Impact and Rollover alerts on, and click the "Disable Accident Detection High Impact and Rollover Alerts" button.

This will disable Accident Detection High Impact and Rollover alerts on this vehicle until it is next installed.


Once you have disabled Accident Detection High Impact and Rollover alerts please navigate to the following address and create a maintenance request. Also please note in the comments that you have disabled Accident alerting.

When the vehicle has been revisited by a Smartrak Installer the Accident Detection High Impact and Rollover status will be re-enabled automatically without user intervention.
