| How to run the Overspeed Period Report |

- Select Overspeed Period Report from the drop down list
|
- Decide if you want to select the following option;
- "Show daily totals row" - include a daily total by row for each day
- Select the "Selection Mode" - reports can be configured to run on Individual Resources (select which vehicles to report on) or Groups of Resources Select Download Report (to download into Excel) or View Report (to view on screen)
- "Resources" - You can select individual vehicles by clicking on them to highlight from the list or click on Select All for all vehicles.
- Select Download Report (to download into Excel) or View Report (to view on screen)
- Posted Speed Limit – speed limit for the road the speeding offence took place.
- Max Overspeed Magnitude – amount in km/hr the driver is travelling above the posted speed limit.
- Average Overspeed Magnitude – the average speed, above the posted speed limit, of the duration of the overspeed period.
- You can view that event for that vehicle by clicking on view on map
- A summary is provided at the bottom of the report.
