You can use this feature to change the

How

To customise a service

  • Log into the Smartrak

map site (https://app.smartrak.co.nz 
  • Map site (NZ

) or  https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus))The Service name under Fleet Servicing is now an editable option
  • Navigate to Fleet Servicing

    • Select the service you wish to edit. NOTE: this does not apply to default services such as WOF/COF, Registration and RUC.

    • The Frequency and Default alert period are editable when clicking “Edit this service”

  •  Go to Fleet Servicing

  • Click on the Service name field and use the editable text field edit the Service name

    • If you are editing a customer-configured service, you can also update the name in this page

    • Click “Update Service” to save changes
